Written in 1962 by the Romanian playwright Eugène Ionesco, one of the emblematic figures of the theater of the absurd, the play "Frenzy for Two, or More" tells the absurd story of a couple trapped in their own inner conflicts, in the shadow of a war. A black comedy about a couple retreating into the shell of the past and the uncertainty of the future... War outside... conflict within... What is the real war in human tragedy, in a world where the loser wins, and the winner doesn't know what he has won?
Well, "Did I tell the world to get out of control?"
In a well-managed balance between tragedy and comedy, this performance is a clever reconsideration of the madness of the contemporary world. Text by: Eugène Ionesco
