”Obrigado, FITS!” is the title of a unique educational and artistic project brought to the schools of Sibiu, for the first time, by the FITS organizers, following the creative proposal of Meiko Meissner, and with the unconditional support of the Euphemia Association. Through vibrant, hands-on samba workshops, around 250 youngsters will explore the power of rhythm as a universal language.
On exactly the first day of the festival, around 150 of them will come together on the main pedestrian street of the city, joining Bloco033 (The Netherlands) and the local group PulsaR, to present the result of their training period, in a dynamic and high-energy performance.
