How do you give visual form to the ineffable?
For the students of the Painting and Graphic Arts Department at School X, this year’s FITS theme became the challenge of drawing “the soul” out of the realm of the abstract and rendering it through line, shape, and colour.
Inner Echo, the adaptation of the theme for this exhibition, speaks about the way art resonates within us—that sense of inner animation that emerges during a performance or in front of an artwork and continues to reverberate long after the encounter.
