“What We Left Between Us” is a love story that brings poetry and music together as one. It holds all those things we shared, as well as those we left without a home. It is the kisses of meeting and the embraces of farewell, the journeys we made and the airplane seats we never occupied.

It is laughter above tears, a mischievous line and the beauty of silence. It is the understanding that saying goodbye does not always mean letting go. We do not quite know why, nor which song we would have chosen if we had danced together—and perhaps that is precisely why all this poetry exists.
