Drowning Ophelia

Jane keeps her world under control - strict routines, carefully crafted conversations, nothing left to chance. But when Ophelia appears - childlike, eerie, impossible - Jane’s fragile reality begins to crack. As her grip weakens, time fractures, roles blur, and the line between memory and illusion collapses. “Drowning Ophelia” dives into the brutal mechanics of trauma, which bypasses the conscious mind and embeds itself in the nervous system. We can rewrite memories, numb emotions, fake connections - but the body never lies. The nerves don’t forget. The skin keeps score. Our bodies remember.

A violent yet disarmingly authentic perspective on human frailty and how trauma defines our destiny.
