Krzysztof Warlikowski is a theatre and opera director born in 1962 in Poland. He is renowned for his nonconformist style of staging both classic and contemporary plays. Starting 2008, he has been the artistic director of Nowy Teatr, Warsaw, where he has directed: (A)pollonia (2009), The End (2010), African Tales by Shakespeare (2011), Kabaret warszawski (2013), The French (2015), We Are Leaving (2018), and Odyssey. A Story for Hollywood (2021). He created two performances at Odéon Theatre in Paris: Streetcar (2011) and Phaedra(s) (2016) with Isabelle Huppert as lead actress. A separate field of Krzysztof Warlikowski’s work involves opera. Warlikowski directs in the greatest European opera houses, including La Monnaie in Brussels, the Paris National Opera, Teatro Real in Madrid, Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich, Royal Opera House in London, Festival d’Aix en Provence, Rurhtriennale, and Salzburg Festival.
Krzysztof Warlikowski has won numerous awards, including two Awards of the French Theatre Critics’ Union, the Meyerhold Award in Moscow, New York’s Village Voice’s Obie Award, and the “Golden Mask” prize for the best foreign performance shown in Russia. In 2013, he received the French distinction Commandeur des Arts et Lettres, and in 2021 he was awarded the Golden Lion for his lifetime achievements at the Venice Bienniale.

The online single ticket can be purchased until the start time of the online event and is valid until the end of its broadcast.
Online performances are available for 24 hours from the broadcast time. If you purchase your ticket after the start of the broadcast, access will only be available until 24 hours after the start time. For example: if your performance started at 17:00, you will be able to purchase your ticket until 15:00 the following day.
After the first access of each performance, the viewing code is valid for 4 hours.

Enter the access code in the newly opened window
