Corul Timotei Popovici al Catedralei Mitropolitane din Sibiu
Romania

“Timotei Popovici” Choir was founded in 1906 at the same time when the Metropolitan Cathedral from Sibiu was sanctified. It became famous due to the professionalism and abnegation of both its members and its impressive conductors. Dan Alexandru Streza, aged 40, is a priest and teaching lecturer at “Lucian Blaga” University in Sibiu. He has been conducting the “Timotei Popovici” Choir for more than 20 years. The choir consists of about 60 members, who highly appreciate him, as he permanently strives to impose a high level of choral song interpretations.

Uplifting and monumental. A truly purifying musical experience.
