William Shakespeare's “A Midsummer Night's Dream” has been performed in various forms around the world and has been adapted into movies, picture books, dance, opera, and music. A humorous fantasy drama created by compelling characters. Kushida has directed the play several times, however, this time Shakespeare's world will be re-dramatized and viewed as though through the veils of a dream shared by strangers and very familiar people. The aim is to create a work that looks at our world in the 21st century.
Shakespeare is not only "our contemporary", but a true prophet of our times. Kazuyoshi Kushida's performance is undeniable proof of this. By “A Midsummer Night`s Dream”
