The Cozmești Brass Band was founded nearly 120 years ago, making it the oldest brass band in Romania, with deep roots in local tradition and culture. The band plays live by ear, without reading music scores, mastering a wide range of genres – from traditional Romanian dances like hora and sârba, to Balkan, pop, and gypsy music.
