“Bolero” – a neoclassical ballet performance and “In the Name of Joy” – a performance inspired by traditional Spanish dances, are two of the most important choreographies at the Sibiu Ballet Theatre, created by two very young choreographers, Aleisha Gardner, originally from New Zealand (Bolero) and Angel Martinez Sanchez from Spain (In the Name of Joy). Presented together in a spectacle-coupé, the two performances offer a glimpse into the extraordinary technical and artistic quality of the international dance company, Sibiu Ballet Theatre.
